Delivery Area

AmazingMall Africa currently supports delivery services exclusively within South Africa.

Delivery Costs

  • iPhones & High-Value Electronics: Free Shipping.

  • General Items & Accessories:

    • Orders under R1000: calculated at checkout based on package size / volumetric weight.

    • Orders over R1000: Free Shipping.

Delivery Process & Timelines

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 10 Working Days.

To ensure you get the best value, some of our stock is dispatched from our international warehouse. Our delivery process generally works in two stages:

Stage 1: International Transit (International Warehouse to SA)

  • Timeframe: Approximately 7 working days.

  • Once your order is processed, it is flown from our international warehouse to South Africa.

Stage 2: Local Delivery (SA Warehouse to Your Door)

  • Timeframe: Approximately 2 – 3 working days.

  • Once the package arrives at our local distribution center, it is handed over to a local courier for door-to-door delivery.

  • You will receive a local tracking update at this stage.

Order Processing

Before shipping, we require 1-2 working days to prepare your order. This includes:

  1. Inventory checks.

  2. Quality control inspection (especially for refurbished iPhones).

  3. Packaging and labeling.

Shipping Methods And Carriers

We use trusted logistics partners to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Local Leg (South Africa): Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your shipping information and tracking number.

  • Please Note: Tracking updates may sometimes delay slightly while the package is in the "International Transit" phase. Movement usually updates rapidly once the package lands in South Africa.

Important Notes

  • Delays: Shipping time is estimated based on the order payment date. Actual shipping time may be longer than expected due to public holidays or invalid addresses.

  • Address Changes: Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout.

  • Issues: If your package has not been delivered within the specified time, or if there are missing/wrong items, please contact us immediately.
